Terms and Conditions for Egypt Daily Travel
Agreement Acceptance
By using the services provided by Egypt Daily Travel, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Egypt Daily Travel.
Booking and Reservation
a. All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
b. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking. The payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
c. The prices quoted for tours and services are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will not be subject to any changes.
Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking.
b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and will be subject to any applicable fees or charges.
c. Egypt Daily Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other event beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
Travel Documentation
a. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained before traveling.
b. Egypt Daily Travel will not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred due to the traveler’s failure to comply with the necessary travel requirements.
Travel Insurance
a. It is strongly recommended that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
b. Egypt Daily Travel will not be responsible for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred by travelers who fail to obtain adequate travel insurance.
Liability
a. Egypt Daily Travel acts as an intermediary between the traveler and various service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party service providers.
b. Egypt Daily Travel will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any act or omission beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or technical issues.
c. Egypt Daily Travel’s liability, if any, for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the traveler for the specific service.
Intellectual Property
a. All content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, displayed on Egypt Daily Travel’s website and promotional materials are the property of Egypt Daily Travel and protected by copyright laws.
b. The unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from Egypt Daily Travel’s website or promotional materials is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
